The Country Toys Bulls are embattled versions - the ones we have left are new items but not perfect, they are a few of the survivors that were in the shed that burnt out last year. We like them as they look like they are the old 'scrub warriors' of the herd. the horns are not straight and slight discolouration to them due to heat.
The Texas Longhorn is a breed of cattle known for its characteristic horns, which can extend to over 70 inches (1.8 m) tip to tip for bulls, and up to 100 inches (2.54 m) tip to tip for steers and exceptional cows.
Texas longhorns have the longest horns of any cattle. The first signs of the horns can be seen at the age of just three weeks. The horns grow sideways out of the head and twist slightly at the tips. By around the time a bull turns one, its horns will already have grown to around half their adult length.
