All Country Toys products are made to the highest standards with kids in mind. They are built to last the years, but please keep in mind that they are hand-made timber. We think that any “love bumps” they incur from play only add to their appeal.
We believe that our products are so well made that we offer a free repair service. If in the first 12 months of owning the toy you need a repair, we will gladly do this free of change – you just pay for the postage. This 'free repair offer' is valid only for the toys general wear and tear from normal play.
How do I make an online purchase?
Click on the item you would like to purchase and hit the button “Add to Cart” button.
Once you have finished shopping, click the “Cart” button in the top right hand corner. You can review, edit and delete items from this screen.
For multiple purchases, add your quantity to each item.
Discount Codes are to be entered in the Discount Code Field. The deduction will automatically be deducted from your total. If the promotion is no longer running, the code won’t be accepted.
Select your Country for Shipping. Your shipping will automatically be calculated.
Click the “Update Shopping Cart” button for an updated total including discounts and shipping costs.
Once you are happy with your order, click the “Checkout” button. You will then be redirected to the PayPal site.
What methods can I use to pay and are they secure?
To ensure your payments safety and confidence, all payments are processed through PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. You can simply enter your Credit Card details.
If you have a PayPal account, simply enter your Username and Password.
Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com with your order and contact details. When the item/s are ready to post we will call you and process the payment over the phone on your credit card. We can also give you bank details to make a direct deposit into our bank account if you prefer.

Do you have hidden charges?
Nope! The shopping cart will tell you exactly how much your item is, calculate your discount (if you have one) and add your freight. Your order will then be re-confirmed via the Paypal website, before the payment is processed.
What currency is displayed on your site?
All prices shown on the website are in AUD and include GST.
Why does Paypal say it won't deliver to PO Boxes and what does it mean about political parties?
We DO deliver to Post office boxes in Australia as Australia Post will hold your large parcel out the back and notify you of its deliver with a card in your box. Paypal requires a residential address to verify your credit card. If you want your parcel posted to a different address, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Paypal is an American based payment system. Therefore, if you are purchasing from Australia, please disregard the "political figure" question and simply answer NO.
When will I get my order?
Most items on the website are made and ready to be sent. At times we do get a bit behind and it may take a couple of days to get your order ready.
The majority of parcels will be packaged within five business days and sent via normal Australia post (Unless express postage has been arranged).
All orders are sent from Queensland by Australia Post. Normal Australia Post delivery times apply.
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Please note that credit card processing may delay dispatch but we send them as soon as your payment is complete.
Please use an address that your parcel can be delivered to you personally. If you are not present at delivery, Australia Post will leave a delivery card to notify you of your nearest post office for parcel collection.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping fees and handling fees within Australia are calculated at checkout.
Multiple items will be boxed together and sent together to the one address. If you require items to go to separate addresses, you will need to create separate orders.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this stage, the website is not yet set up to send internationally, however we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please contact us for a firm quote on international postage. Send us an email at email@example.com
Please take care of your returns and pack them well for postage back, as an exchange or refund may be denied if they are not in a reasonable condition. It is also important that they are supplied within 7 days of the return authorisation (contact us for details).
Postage on all returns and re-delivery are payable by you.
To ensure the best level of quality for all customers, items are subject to a quality control check before they are posted to you.
Please note: we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or promotional items.
